About Me:

The path that led me in becoming a writer had a touch of funny coincidence. During the first year of my graduation, one day being fed up with a particular teacher, I decided to bunk her class. It's only because of that she bored me in her every class without fail. I just walked around the college campus until the college principal came to my sight. I started walking fast and sometimes ran in order to avoid her In a hurry I saw a race and just dashed inside it, only to find many students getting ready for an impending essay competition. As I entered the room in the strangest of fashion and as couldn't go out because of the principal outside roaming in the campus, I decided to stay and write the essay, whatever be the topic. Anyways, topic was, still I remember On 'Destruction of Forest'. I wrote it and won the first prize as the story goes…

This was a kind of revelation to me though I wrote many poems from my 8th grade onwards. Since then I made it a point to write something everyday on whichever topic. In the long run, I was awarded prizes by many-reputed organization like Kannan Devan Nature Club and Gandhi Peace Foundation. But for me, writing was something that offered to take through a series of colourful kaleidoscopic image tubes accompanied by fanciful wonderlands.

Being a Post Graduate in English Language and Literature and Diploma holder in Public Relations and Journalism, words were always fascination for me.

Years after education were devoted to full fledged reporting career in India's leading news paper organization, Malayala Manorama daily. I found teaching also as a satisfying career and taught in colleges while studying. Many of my poems, short stories and essays concerning major social issues were published in Magazines, periodicals and newspapers. So I write……

Here, I remember the famous lines from Robert Frost's poem,
"Stopping by words in the snowy enemies
And miles to go before I sleep…
And miles to go before I sleep…"

I know I have to go a long way in achieving my dreams, in being a prolific writer.
