At the collectors' meet here today, Revenue Minister K P Rajendran said that minor encroachers should be exempted from eviction.
Memorials, martyrs columns should also be avoided from demolition. Meantime, it has been reported that the collectors of Kollam and Malappuram were warned at the meet.
