Abhaya case: Court to hear anticipatory bail plea on Tuesday

The Kerala High Court will hear the anticipatory bail plea of Dr P Babu, chief of the forensic department of Kottayam Medical College Hospital, in connection with the Sister Abhaya case on Tuesday.

It was Dr Babu, who conducted the postmortem on Abhaya's body. Fearing that he would be arrested in connection with the missing of the postmortem register, he submitted an anticipatory bail plea in the court. P G Thampy, prosecution director general informed the court that he will not be arrested till Tuesday
