Court refuses stay on Phd cancellation
The Kerala High Court today refused to impose a stay on the action taken by the Kerala University canceling the Phd registration of Arun Kumar, son of Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan.
The plea was submitted by Arun seeking a stay on the action taken by the university. The court after accepting the plea, decided to send an emergency notice to the university.
