Rajdeep Sardesai receives Journalism Award
CNN-IBN`S' Editor-in-Chief Rajdeep Sardesai was conferred with the prestigious 'C H Mohammed Koya Journalism Award 2007' here yesterday.
Union Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahmed inaugurated the function.
The Chairman of the Media Development Foundation, Sasikumar gave away the award. Kerala Minister for Water Resources N K Premachandran presented the citation.
IUML State General Secretary P K Kunhali Kutty handed over a Cheque for Rs 1, 11,111 to Sardesai.
Besides serving as speaker of the State Assembly, the late Mohammed Koya was also Chief Minister for a short stint.
