Kathakali training camp

The Cheliya Kathakali Vidyalayam will conduct the annual Kathakali Padana Sibiram at Cheliya, Koyilandy, here from April 16 to May10. The camp will be organised under the guidance of Guru Chemancherry Kunhiraman Nair.
The topics that will be taken up at the camp include 'kathakali vesham', 'kathakali sangeetam', 'chenda melam' and 'chuttiyum koppunirmanavum' among others. Demonstration classes, literary lectures and symposia will be held as part of the study camp.
