A separate administration similar to Tirupati model should be formed in Sabarimala, recommended Devaswom Commissioner K Jayakumar to the state government. The functioning of Sabarimala should be put under an authority which in turn will function under the devasom board.

Trusts should be formed under the authority and health and educational organisations should be started under the same. Nine to eleven members should form the authority and three out of the 11 should be board members. The report of the recommendation was handed over to Devaswom Minister G Sudhakaran this afternoon.
