Mohanlal action movie 'Bhagavan' narrates the story of a commando operation in a hospital shot in just 12 hours from 7 am to 7 pm and set a new record among commercial cinema history. Mohanlal is acting as a doctor working in a hospital where commando operation is happening. The movie is directed by Prashanth and Bhagavan is his first directorial venture.
Reports says that six cameras were used to shoot a majority of the scenes from different angles to ensure continuity and save time in this experiment of shots.
