Heartbeats takes us to a self-financing medical college campus, (which holds much relevance in today's scenario), where we come face-to-face with a gang of four senior students who sort of rule over the campus. The gang, comprising of spoilt sons of rich parents, is led by Binoy John Idicula and comprises of Manu, Rafi and Sasankan. They are a headache to the other students and even to the Principal Dr. John Paul, who cannot take any action against them mainly because he knows that they can even get him sacked.

Idicula and his gang help the management in getting rid of poor students so that the vacant seats can be sold out to the children of rich parents and NRIs. The gang often comes to clash with Haritha, who is a first year student and who is active in politics too. Haritha gets hold of a video tape, which has evidences against the Idicula gang. Idicula decides to retrieve it from her. In the ensuing chase she takes a fall and gets herself injured. The whole episode is witnessed by a first year student Hari, who hails from a village and belongs to a poor family.

In the meantime, certain things happen that make Hari too a member of the Idicula gang. Almost at the same time Idicula and his friends happen to come face-to-face with a lady named Thankam George, first at a meditation centre and then seen being chased by some goons. The entry of the mysterious Thankam George into their lives changes things for them.

Young couples experiment with anonymous group sex as a way to revitalize their troubled relationships. Through the experience they are forced to rethink the rudiments of a successful relationship: sex, love, and communication. Meet James and Heather. Their relationship isn't working. A cold distance has grown between them and their intimate moments feel forced. Heather is a take-charge problem solver who sometimes gets too carried away for her own good. She's determined to make her relationship with James work, even if it means being overbearing or making questionable decisions.

James has recently started to discover that he's easily manipulated. He can't remember if this is the way he's always been, but he's going to do something about it in this relationship, that's for damn sure. Meet Ellis and Renee. Their relationship isn't working. The spark of passion they once felt has started to fade and both are fearful that this could mark the beginning of the end. Renee is thoughtful and honest, but recently she's found herself feeling slightly isolated and bored with Ellis. At times Ellis comes off as brash or thick with machismo, but he's essentially a sensitive guy whose primary concern is ensuring that he and Renee remain loyal to each other through what seems to be a turbulent phase in their relationship.

Tension grows when Dr. Wellbridge offers her experimental treatment to rekindle the cooling relationship. On the doctor's orders, the couples embark on a partner swap that leaves some thrilled and others thwarted. After a series of mishaps fueled by jealousy, confusion, and insecurities, they soon find that true love and lasting relationships are ultimately about more than sex and breakfast.

Ee Puzhayum Kadannu is a journey of an innocent love story, with lots of laughs, emotions and filled with great music by Johnson (Thooval Kottaram, Kudumbasametham). It’s a story about Gopi (Dileep) who falls in love with Anjali (Manju) out of curiosity which grows into helping her family who is orphaned by their father's death.

Gopi (Dileep) is a carefree young man. When he meets Anjali (Manju Warrier), he falls in love with her, in a superficial, adolescent way. But maturity and compassion come to him when he begins to know her better. Her family is in dire straits after the death of her father and she is the only support. Gopi starts helping them out and finds out the true meaning of love and sacrifice.

Tashan is an Indian Bollywood film starring Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. Produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Chopra under Yash Raj Films, the film, which released on April 25, 2008, marks the directorial debut of Vijay Krishna Acharya who wrote the screenplay and dialogues for films like Dhoom (2004) and Dhoom 2 (2006).

In the beginning, we see Jimmy Cliff (Saif Ali Khan), a call center executive who also teaches English, as the narrator. Pooja Singh (Kareena Kapoor) shows up outside his class and says she needs private tutoring. Without any hesitation, Jimmy quickly agrees as he has already fallen in love with her; he later finds out that Pooja's boss Bhaiyyaji (Anil Kapoor) is the one that has to be tutored. As their love grows, Pooja reveals that she is only working for Bhaiyyaji to pay her debts and then go to Haridwar for her father's funeral. They decide to steal Bhaiyyaji's money and run away. The couple succeed in their mission, and Jimmy asks Pooja to guard the money while he goes to the call center.

At the call centre, Jimmy learns that Bhaiyyaji is a maverick gangster who enjoys killing people and goes home to warn Pooja. Unexpectedly, Pooja has run away with all the money. Bhaiyyaji hires Bachchan Pande (Akshay Kumar), a gangster to catch Jimmy. After getting caught, Jimmy and Bachchan head towards Haridwar to find Pooja and recover Bhaiyyaji's money. When they reach there, Pooja sees them and runs away. Unable to find Pooja there, Jimmy and Bachchan set off to find her again. While on the road, the duo get into a silly fight about the radio station and get in an accident, where their car falls into the water.

Along with Jimmy and Bachchan, Pooja comes out of the water too. She tells them that she has hid the money in several different places. Jimmy and Pooja decide to run away with the money with the help of Bachchan. The duo decide that Pooja should seduce Bachchan just like how she did to Jimmy. While on their journey to recover the money, Pooja and Bachchan find out that they are each other's childhood love, and they both fall in love. After recovering all of the money, Bachchan decides to leave with it, not knowing that Jimmy has replaced the money with stones.

When Pooja realizes what he has done, she tells Jimmy the truth about Bhaiyyaji killing her father. To save Bachchan, Pooja and Jimmy head to Bhaiyyaji's lair with the money. When they get there, Jimmy pretends to betray Pooja and slaps Bachchan. He tells Bhaiyyaji to give him his gun so that he could kill Bachchan. After getting the gun, Jimmy instead points it to Bhaiyyaji and takes him as hostage. He heads towards a car with Pooja and Bachchan following him. Surrounded by lots of men with guns, Bhaiyyaji manages to jump out of the car and everybody begins shooting at them. After a lengthy fight scene, Bhaiyyaji is killed by Pooja stabbing him with a knife. In the end, Jimmy opens up his own call centre, where only girls work, and Bachchan and Pooja get married.
