Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, has fans eagerly awaiting its release. The makers recently revealed a striking new poster of Ajith, announcing that the film will hit theaters during the Pongal festival next year. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is generating massive hype with every update, from its first look to its second.
Following the success of Mark Antony, this film sees Adhik Ravichandran collaborating with a stellar team, including music director Devi Sri Prasad and cinematographer Abhinandan Ramanujam. The cast features notable actors like Sunil, Prasanna, and Trisha alongside Ajith Kumar.
Clash with Arun Vijay’s ‘Vanangan’
Another topic of discussion is the potential box office clash between Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly and Arun Vijay’s Vanangan, directed by Bala, both slated for a Pongal release.
Arun Vijay addressed the speculation, saying:
“Ajith sir is at the peak of his career, and he has no rivals. His fans have always shown me immense love and respect. This is not a competition. I believe both films will find their audience and screens.”
The duo previously worked together in Yennai Arindhaal (2015), where Arun Vijay’s portrayal of Victor, a menacing antagonist, received widespread acclaim. Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film also starred Trisha, Anushka Shetty, and Vivek.
