Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, is one of the most highly anticipated films for moviegoers. The film, which is set to release worldwide on December 5, is already creating waves with its new promo for the song Peeling. The full song will be released on December 1. Interestingly, the first lines of this song in Pushpa 2: The Rule have been made available in Malayalam across all languages in which the film will be released.
The song opens with a special Malayalam touch, incorporating Mohiniyattam and traditional storytelling elements. The song has already caught the attention of fans, with many praising it as better than the previously released Kissik song. Allu Arjun had earlier mentioned that this song was specially created as a treat for Malayalam fans.
Allu Arjun shared an interesting anecdote during the promotional event, saying, “One day, I called up music director Devi Sri Prasad and asked him how I could show my love for the people of Kerala through this film. He suggested that we create a special song for them. And so, the song in Pushpa 2 begins in Malayalam. The film is releasing in six languages, but in every language, these first lines of the song will be in Malayalam.”
Allu Arjun also spoke about Fahadh Faasil, who plays the main antagonist in Pushpa 2. He assured fans that Fahadh’s character would leave a lasting impression, saying, “Fahadh has nailed his role in Pushpa 2, and everyone is going to love his character.” In addition to Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, the film features Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and others in key roles.
Pushpa 2 is being produced by Maitree Movie Makers, and the makers are hopeful that the film will have a massive impact in theaters, just like its predecessor, Pushpa: The Rise. The first part of the franchise was a huge success, winning two National Film Awards and seven State Film Awards.
