Theq pan-Indian superstar Prabhas starred in Salaar, a film that achieved tremendous success last year, grossing over ₹700 crores globally. Director Prashanth Neel recently shared his dissatisfaction with the production of the film and expressed his ambition to make Salaar 2 the best work of his career.
“I am not satisfied with Salaar. I was disappointed with the effort put into the first part of the film. From then on, my sole goal has been to make Salaar 2 the best movie of my career. That’s the intent driving my writing now. I aim to do more than I can currently imagine and more than the audience expects. There are very few things in my life that I’ve been this confident about, and I believe Salaar 2 will be one of my finest creations,” said Prashanth Neel.
