Reports suggest that Manju Warrier is receiving ₹3 crore for her role in Viduthalai 2, which stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. This marks a significant rise in her remuneration compared to her previous Tamil films.
Manju made her Tamil debut with the Dhanush-starrer Asuran, for which she reportedly earned ₹1-2 crore. Her next Tamil film was Thunivu, alongside Ajith Kumar, where her remuneration reportedly increased to ₹2.5 crore. Recently, she appeared in Jailer, starring Rajinikanth, for which she received ₹2 crore, according to industry sources.
