Honey Rose is often in the spotlight for controversies. The videos and photos she shares on Instagram and Facebook frequently gain attention from fans. However, it’s her outfits that usually draw the most attention. Recently, Honey Rose revealed the person who selects her costumes.
In an interview, Honey mentioned that it’s her mother who chooses her clothes. She also humorously added that while her mother picks the clothes, it’s Honey who faces the criticism on social media. Her mother confirmed this, stating that she is the one who puts in a lot of effort to buy Honey’s clothes, though Honey rarely acknowledges it.
Honey Rose often becomes the target of online trolls and insults, mostly about her clothing choices. However, she laughs off the negativity. Honey also mentioned that her mother reads all the comments on social media. Her mother added, “I’ve always made sure Honey looks her best. Ever since she was a child, I’ve dressed her up for every occasion.” She also pointed out that Honey prefers not to have her makeup done by others. Interestingly, while her mother doesn’t wear sarees often, Honey loves wearing them.
Her mother also shared her perspective on the online criticism: “If we listen to what others say, we won’t have a life. Everyone talks and writes based on their comfort. We don’t need to pay attention to it. If we keep listening to others, there won’t be happiness or life. We need to have the awareness to see others for who they are.”
Honey Rose’s latest release is Rachel, directed by Abrid Shine, where she plays the lead role. The film, directed by Anandini Bala, also features actors like Baburaj, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Roshan, Chandu, Salim Kumar, Dinesh Prabhakar, Baiju Ezhupunna, Vanditha, Pauly Valsan, and Radhika. Honey plays the role of a butcher in the movie.
