Fans have long awaited a sequel to Big B, and in 2017, Amal Neerad announced Bilal, the second installment, which was met with great enthusiasm. Since then, Bilal has become one of the most anticipated films in Malayalam cinema, with fans frequently asking Mammootty for updates.
Recently, Dulquer Salmaan, Mammootty’s son, shared his thoughts on Bilal during a promotional event for his film Lucky Bhaskar. When asked about the release of Bilal, Dulquer replied, “Only Bilal knows when he’ll arrive, but when he does, it’ll be a grand entry.”
Mammootty himself has previously addressed questions about Bilal, saying, “Updates will come when they’re ready. I can’t just bring Bilal out in the morning without proper preparation. People are working on it, and Amal Neerad will decide when it’s ready. It can’t be rushed.”
There is immense excitement surrounding Bilal, which is anticipated to be one of the biggest events in Malayalam cinema. Fans eagerly await its release, confident it will be, as Dulquer said, a “spectacular arrival.”
