Lijo Jose Pellissery’s High Praise for Joju George’s Directorial Debut

Director Lijo Jose Pellissery recently showered praise on Joju George’s debut film as a director, Pani. Lijo’s social media review described it as a “brilliant work, like adding sugar to milk and water,” sparking widespread attention and becoming an instant viral sensation. Many fans and industry insiders have hailed Lijo’s endorsement as one of the highest forms of recognition Joju could receive for his first directorial effort.

The film, categorized as an action thriller, hit theaters recently, featuring Joju alongside actors Sagar Surya and Junaiz VP in key roles. From the first day of its release, Pani has been receiving positive feedback. Lijo’s concise yet impactful review has added significant weight to the acclaim the film has already garnered.

Joju George, a veteran with over two decades in the film industry, has portrayed numerous notable characters. His performances in Joseph, Nayattu, and Iratta have established him as a versatile actor capable of delivering memorable portrayals across various genres. Now, with Pani, he has channeled his extensive acting experience into directing and writing, a move that many fans believe to be a natural progression for the seasoned actor.

The film is distributed by Dream Big Films via Sri Gokulam Movies.
