Several blockbuster films are set to release on OTT platforms on November 8, which has movie lovers eagerly awaiting. According to recent reports, Malayalam’s superhit film Ajayaninte Randam Moshnam, starring Tovino Thomas, will start streaming on Hotstar from November 8. Tamil film Labbar Pandh has already started streaming on Hotstar. Jeeva’s Tamil horror thriller Black is now available on Amazon Prime. Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan and Junior NTR’s Devara, where both actors play significant roles, are also gearing up for their OTT releases on November 8.
Ajayaninte Randam Moshnam, directed by Jithin Lal and starring Tovino Thomas, was a massive hit and entered the 100-crore club. Now, the film’s OTT release is the latest update circulating, and it is expected to be available on Disney Plus Hotstar.
The story of Ajayaninte Randam Moshnam spans three generations of characters from the village of Cheeyothikkavile. It weaves a tale starting from the 19th century to the 1990s, involving a fallen star from the sky, a temple lamp, and the mysteries surrounding it. The main characters include Kunukkikalu, the warrior; Manian, the thief; and Ajayan. Their interconnected lives are beautifully captured through time, leading to a compelling narrative.
Additionally, Junior NTR’s Devara will start streaming digitally on November 8 after its huge success in theaters. It will be available on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The film, which grossed over 500 crores globally, marks the reunion of director Koratala Siva and NTR after Janatha Garage. Devara was released in theaters on September 27.
Furthermore, the much-awaited film Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth, is also making its way to OTT platforms after a strong box-office opening but a later decline in collections. It will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video starting November 8.
